What Plenty does

Plenty is a shared grocery list for your household on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Add groceries by typing, voice or barcode, keep loyalty cards ready at checkout, set your monthly budget and scan receipts to record each trip. Save recipes and add their ingredients to the shared list.

Which Plenty feature do you need?

Each page below explains one feature: how it works in the app today, what you see on screen and what it does not do. Start with the shared list if more than one person does the shopping in your home.

Plenty runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, and on Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later. The app is available in 11 languages. There is no Android or web version.

Shared household list Invite your household with a code or link and see every change live. Loyalty cards Keep the household's loyalty cards in Plenty and show them at the till. Grocery budget Set a monthly grocery budget and scan receipts to see what is left. Recipe importing Save recipes, then add their ingredients to your shared grocery list. Add items by voice Dictate items in the app or ask Siri to add one to Plenty. Barcode scanning Scan a product you are running out of and it lands on the list by name. Aisle order and restock The list follows the order you walk the shop and reminds you what runs low. Apple Watch See the list on your wrist and tick items off while your hands are full. Widgets and Live Activity Tick items off from the Home Screen and follow your trip on the Lock Screen.
