Delete your account

You can delete your Plenty account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same things.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Plenty and go to the Settings tab.
2. Tap Delete Account under the Account section.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to verify once more before we can revoke access.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion. We may ask one question to confirm it is your account before we act. support@theplentylist.com

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in link with Apple or Google.
• The lists you own, with their items, notes and history.
• Your budgets and the shopping trips saved against them.
• Your membership of lists other people own — you are removed from them; their list itself stays with them.
• Device-local data such as review counters and onboarding state.

About your subscription

Deleting your Plenty account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.
